Local ATM operator fees
Rp 0total
Permata in Bali charges Rp 0 per withdrawal in this dataset. At 4 withdrawals per month for 3 months, that is Rp 0 per month in local ATM fees before your card issuer adds anything.
Cheapest listed option: Permata. This is already the cheapest listed option for this city.

How to use the result
The calculator only models the local ATM operator fee. That is deliberate. The full cost of withdrawing cash is layered: local ATM fee, your card issuer ATM fee, your issuer FX markup, and sometimes dynamic currency conversion if you accept the bad on-screen conversion offer.
For ether.fi Cash, add the 2% card-side ATM fee to the local operator fee. For Wise, add the fee after the monthly free withdrawal allowance is exhausted. For Schwab, local operator fees are usually rebated after the fact, which is why Schwab remains the ATM benchmark for US-resident nomads.
The practical rule: withdraw fewer times, use the highest clean per-transaction limit you are comfortable carrying, decline dynamic currency conversion, and avoid standalone tourist ATMs. Then run the same budget through the Wise vs ether.fi calculator to see whether cashback offsets your cash usage.
Once the ATM fee is visible, the cashback math is easier to judge.
